I have always tried to live my life with optimism and with positivity especially because my daily struggles with my mental health. I have been interested in mindfulness, meditation and buddhism since I was 14 years old and have been living with these principles for quite some time and they have helped me in many ways especially coping with my anxiety and depressive episodes.
I saw this magazine advertised on social media and decided to look into it, once I did I was happy to give it a try so I purchased 5 or 6 issues for an introductory price of £5, which I thought was a bargain and I had nothing to loose.
I received my issue little over a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised by this magazine. I was scared it would be mainly predictive and repetitive on what I already know but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
It is a beautifully designed magazine and every article in it beautifully written and relevant, even the advertisements are designed in a way that it suits the overall look of the magazine.
The magazine had something in it for everyone, from creative projects, to real world issues affecting mental health such as loneliness, self help tips, testimonials, alternative and natural practices, interior tips and pointers for a cosy homeand most charmingly it contains some motivational post cards and posters.
I absolutely loved this magazine and it has inspired me to write some articles about the topics it contains. I will definitely be keeping this subscription up.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to read the next issue.
Keep up the good work intermediate media! 👍👍👍
You should definitely give it a try.
