COFFEE… ☕☕☕ It is said that if you have chronic fatigue syndrome, symptoms of chronic fatigue or issues with extreme tiredness related to mental health conditions or other similar conditions, you should reduce your caffeine intake… 😬😬 Personally I struggle with this. It takes me so long to mentally wake up in the morning, I have to have at least 2 cups of coffee to feel awake.
My caffeine intake used to be a lot worse in university due to stress and long work hours, it is a lot better now, I have only 3-4 cups a day whereas I used to have 7-8 cups a day.
