I release the guilt of my past relationship not working, I release the guilt put onto me by him, I release the anxiety of worrying whether I will be hurt like this again and instead I send out feelings of love and gratitude because in the end it taught me a valuable lesson and if I send out love hopefully more will come to me and I will find what I have been looking for.
I release the guilt.
I release the shame.
I release the anxiety.
Instead:
I chose to look at it as a lesson and be grateful and send out love and light to all those situations and people in my life that no longer suit the new me.
